Santolin Chiropractic is now a provider for the Blue Cross HMO of Illinois and the Blue Advantage HMO
Santolin Chiropractic Clinic and Dr. Steven Santolin are now providers for the Blue Cross HMO of Illinois plan and the Blue Advantage HMO through the Silver Cross Managed Care Organization.
