91-year-old Jean Koffel of Koffel Chiropractic Clinic celebrated her 70th year of business and her 91st birthday! Chiropractic care has been Koffel's vocation since relocating to Sheboygan in 1945 with a chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
